US Superyacht Hull to Move from Build Yard to Outfit

The recently launched 55 metre superyacht from Newcastle Ship Builders in Florida is about to make her way to the Rybovich Superyacht Marina and Refit (Rybovich) for final outfitting. 
The Newcastle 5500, the largest yet from a shipyard famed for construction of Discovery Yachts is a 6 stateroom yacht for 12 guests.
With exterior styling and engineering by Murray and Associates and interior design by Claudette Bonville Associates, she features 2 king size master suites one on the main deck and the other forward on the sky lounge deck. Another king sized suite designated the VIP king cabin is on the lower deck.
Additional amenities include an infinity pool on the split level sundeck, a raised verandah on the main aft deck and expansive built-in seating area aft of the alfresco dining area on the skylounge aft deck.
Tenders & toys are stowed in the stern garage leaving the spacious exterior decks uncluttered. 
At 910 gross tons, the new built yacht is for her length the largest volume yacht on the market today.  Built to ABS Maltese Cross A1 YS, AMS, she is fully MCA compliant and will have a trans-Pacific range.

Newcastle, located in Palm Coast and Palatka, Florida, USA, has a 39 metre ice strengthened Expedition style yacht, a 42 metre Expedition yacht, and a 53 metre Expedition motor yacht under construction.
