Hill Dickinson agrees strategic merger
The yacht specialist law firm, Hill Dickinson, has announced a merger with the London-based law firm Middleton Potts, in a move that each hope will boost their presence in the commodities sector adding further weight to its reputation for shipping and yachting work.
The two firms will come together as Hill Dickinson LLP on 1st July. The combined operation in London will comprise more than 200 people and have a turnover in excess of £22m.
Middleton Potts, a long established City practice, specialises in international trade, commodities and shipping; cross-border banking, corporate and commercial and projects work; and commercial dispute resolution.
