At anchor off Cannes today is Paul Allen’s huge yacht Octopus. At 120 metres she dwarfs the new 43 metre Trinity super yacht Big City that we are aboard.
It is obvious that the film festival will be here soon as there are a number of other large yachts around. Sarafsa, the 82 metre yacht build by Devonport was in Vieux Port Cannes, while 78 metre Montkaj built by Amels was in nearby Port Pierre Canto.
Also at anchor off Cannes was the 73 metre Siren built by Nobiskrug whilst nearby off Juan les Pins was C2 the new 78 metre yacht from
Abeking & Rasmussen.
And that was only a small selection of the yachts I photographed today!
