If cruising aboard your own chartered superyacht is beyond the budget than sharing life aboard a yacht is the next best thing especially if you are a lover of fine wine

Continuing its commitment to and enhancing the established levels of award-winning culinary experiences, SeaDream Yacht Club has announced seven new Wine Voyages for the 2017 season.

The company’s two superyachts will showcase picturesque yachting ports of the Mediterranean on seven to eleven-day sailings, where each itinerary pairs the ultimate wine experience with the most scenic backdrops in the world.

Guests will enjoy select premium tastings from celebrated wineries such as

  • Château Gassier
  • Tenuta San Guido
  • Taittinger Champagne

As an exclusive to the Taittinger Voyage from 23rd to 30thSeptember 2017 from Athens to Rome, Clovis Taittinger will be on board followed by Maison Louis Jadot showcasing two of France’s best qualities, champagne and the famous Burgundy region.

During every Wine Voyage, SeaDream’s Executive Chef prepares a menu to complement and enhance the expressive wines of guest winemakers such as Philipp Wittman, Marilisa Allegrini, and Francesco Mazzei at the Winemaker’s Dinner.

Exclusive shore excursions take guests off the beaten path to explore the different foods, wines and cultures of the Mediterranean.

At each port of call, guests can choose from a variety of activities to enhance their onboard wine experience from exploring the stunning Sorrentino Winery at the base of the volcanic Mount Vesuvius, to a wine tasting and truffle hunt at Castello delle Regine, or learning the art of making classic paella to pair with local wines in Cartagena.

SeaDream Yacht Club 2017 Wine Voyage fares from £3,328 per person based on double occupancy. The inclusive fare includes ocean view accommodation, gourmet meals, gratuities and selected wines.

SeaDream Yacht Club has achieved the industry’s highest accolades for its two twin, casually elegant mega-yachts, SeaDream I and SeaDream II. With a maximum of only 112 guests and a 95-person award-winning crew, “It’s yachting, not cruising,” defines not only the size of the vessels, but the onboard lifestyle and anticipatory service. SeaDream Yacht Club provides a yachting experience visiting small harbours and ports around the world, many inaccessible by larger ships.

Both mega-yachts are also available for private charter.
