Clearly unaffected by the rail strikes that have blighted attendance figures at the London Boat Show, HRH Princess Royal and husband Vice Admiral Timothy Laurence visited the show today and heard how the British Marine Industry is faring.
As President of the RYA, she also presented the RYA Yachtmaster of the Year award
Sir Tim and Princess Anne are keen sailors and together own Ballochbuie a Rustler 44 built in 2012.
Their previous boat a Rustler 36, Blue Doublet, was kept and sailed in the waters of Scotland for 20 years and sailed every summer.
