The marina owner’s vision in creating the marina was to introduce the less travelled areas of the Eastern Mediterranean to the yachting sector. They sought to lead the development of this region. At the same time creating a widely recognised and attractive yachting tourism destination, and to establish the marina as the leading homeport for superyachts in the Eastern Mediterranean.
Liza Singer, the marina Managing Director, said: “The ground-breaking project to develop Karpaz Gate Marina, the first modern yacht marina in North Cyprus, has been an incredibly rewarding challenge which first began in 2005. Since the opening in 2011, our priority has been to offer premium berthing, leisure and technical facilities, maintaining the highest standards to ensure we exceed the expectations of all our clients and guests.”
