Luxury trawler yacht specialists, Nordhavn Europe, will display Spirit of Ulysses a well travelled Nordhavn 76 throughout the PSP Southampton Boat Show, that runs in the city from the 12th to 21st September 2014.

The show offers existing owners and prospective customers the rare opportunity to explore this stunning model first hand in British waters.

With its timeless design embracing the brand’s rugged ocean going heritage and tried and tested engineering, whilst at the same time offering exceptional comfort and practicality, she is one of the brand’s most impressive vessels

Berthed  at M534, she is the forward pilothouse version as opposed to the aft pilothouse configuration.

Spirit of Ulysses, has cruised over 51,000 nautical miles in the last seven years. She has been based mainly in the Pacific and has cruised the West Coast of the States including Alaska, New Zealand, Australia and many of the Pacific Islands as well as a non-stop transatlantic crossing from Bermuda to Hamble, UK.

The spacious interior offers the luxury and style expected of a large yacht, and new buyers can fully customise the interior and features during the build. Premium quality materials are used throughout the vessel, whilst also keeping operational functionality at front of mind.

The standard propulsion configuration is a single 475 hp dry exhaust engine but Spirit of Ulysses, is a twin engine version with a ‘wet’ exhaust system.

The system engineering and layout of all the machinery, electrical systems and equipment has been designed with the experience and knowledge of literally millions of cruised miles. This has resulted in a range of vessels which will allow a minimal two-person ‘owner-operator’ team – such as a husband and wife – to cruise with confidence in the utmost safety, whether that be coastal cruising or further afield.
