Nick Maris the long serving director of Camper & Nicholsons Marina Investments Limited, Chairman and CEO of Camper & Nicholsons Marinas Ltd is to step aside and hand control over the company to his fellow directors.
They are:
- James Beaver, Chief Operating Officer
- Bill Green, Deputy Chief Operating Officer
- Kurt Fraser, Sales & Marketing Director
- David Mead, Finance Director Operations
There are no plans for an interim CEO
Chairman of the board at Camper & Nicholsons Marina Investments Limited Sir Christopher Lewinton, said: “The board would like to thank Nick Maris for his important contribution to building this company and completing the development phase of the business. I now anticipate working with Nick to develop a new role which will fit with his skills and wide experience in the marina industry and anticipate that we will develop a position for Nick that will enable him to continue to contribute to the growth of the company”
