Diablesse unquestionably one of the most iconic sailing yachts ever built, the ultimate modern classic designed by Martin Francis is for sale at €2,400,000 VAT paid.

Tomaso Polli at Edmiston is handling the sale.

Often referred to as the Ferrari 250 GTO of sailing yachts she was built in Antibes by Tréhard and outfitted by the Chantiers Navals De L’Esterel.

At the time of her launching in 1985 Diablesse had a mainmast 34 metres tall the tallest single rig ever made.

After winning all the most prestigious regattas, Diablesse completed three full circumnavigations proving her performance as a world cruiser, whether in Antarctica or Polynesia.

The versatile centreboard design and user-friendly systems offer great freedom as well as the reliability needed for global exploration.

Three spacious cabins provide the ultimate in comfort and privacy.

Accommodating up to six guests, Diablesse features a master cabin with a luxurious office area, a relaxation area and a bathroom with a steam room.

Her interior has varnished light blond maple wood joinery The master suite is forward to starboard and has an office area while to port and starboard are a further two double berth cabins each with Pullman berths. All cabins have entertainment centres and en suite shower facilities

Her cosy saloon has U-shaped seating around a coffee table and that converts to become a dining table and there is an entertainment centre with a large flat screen television set.

The guest cockpit aft is truly huge and fully sheltered by a large awning and comes with port and starboard built in upholstered seating and a fold-down dining table for al fresco meals.

Following a complete refit in 2016/2017, Diablesse is offered for sale in immaculate condition.
